20 years cross-sector experience in designing structures, processes, and cultures that enable teams to innovate, perform at their best and adapt to change.

I spent 13 years in the NHS navigating one of the most complex organisational systems in the world - £130bn budget, 1.5 million people, constant change, life-or-death stakes.
 

I learned to spot patterns others miss. To see where things get stuck and why. To fix systems that seemed unfixable. Now I help growing businesses do the same.

I'm less a consultant, more a solutions partner with a pattern-recognition superpower. I map your organisational system, spot where things are stuck (the places you can't see from inside), then work with you to redesign the pipework so everything flows.
 

I use design thinking and systems thinking - but I speak plain English, not consultant jargon.


I specialise in helping growing businesses to find and fix where they're leaking time and money. If your businesses is wrestling with inefficient processes, decision fatigue, staff attrition, poor inventory management or ways of working causing errors and rework, I can help you.
 

With a first-class degree in product design and a career spanning national programmes, integrated systems and organisation transformation, I bring a unique blend of systems thinking, inclusive design and organisational strategy.
 

At the heart of my approach is thinking like a designer or detective — one that treats complexity not as a barrier but as an invitation to think differently. I am known for creating clarity from ambiguity, leading divergent ideation, shaping and structuring solutions that are as impactful as they are inclusive.
